Assist end to end finance support across manufacturing units and associates by driving the overall budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring department wise spend, identifying deviations and providing cost reduction recommendations in order to enable achievement of functional objectives; harmonize processes across all units, associates and functions, and drive 100% DOA & IFC compliance, support cross verticals function on Inventory Management.

**Accountabilities**:

- Reporting on Opex Variance for Manufacturing, Admin on monthly basis
- Prepare LE to give insights about future costs to Management on quarterly basis.
- Prepare Profitability analysis (Site level, Unit Level, dosage level),
- Prepare Review deck for TLT & other leadership forums to discuss overall performance
- Assist & support to the overall budgeting and forecasting process for the manufacturing units
- Identify and support cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing to optimize the overall cost
- Partner in Several Strategic, cost and other initiatives

**Education Qualification**:
Chartered Accountant / MBA - Finance

**Relevant Work Experience**:
minimum 3 years of experience
