Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring their vision to life. If you have a passion for design and possess the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and materials
- Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee the implementation of the design plan, including site visits and inspections
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers or interns

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, 3ds Max, CAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
