Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy alpha generating back-tested trading strategies with higher risk adjusted returns.

2. Recommend ideas and suggestions in order to improve the present strategies as well as develop new strategies.

3. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in context to trading and associated activities.

4. Explore multiple asset classes and help diversify across multiple non-correlated trading instruments.

Qualifications & Background:
1. Bachelors/Master's Degree in any stream from a renowned College/University.

2. Exceptional numerical aptitude, logical and quantitative skills.

3. Team player with strong interpersonal and managerial skills.

4. Prior knowledge of capital markets and derivatives is welcome, not mandatory.

5. Proficient in Excel, also coursework in Statistics/background in Mathematics/Python/R is a plus
