**Work Location - Kannur**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive UX/UI design training programs.
- Create engaging and interactive course materials, including presentations, projects, and assessments.
- Teach various aspects of UX/UI design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to students to foster their growth and success.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through projects, presentations, and exams.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and update course content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in UX/UI design (2+ years preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching or training in a related field.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex design concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Certification in UX/UI design (e.g., NN/g, HFI, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
