We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with customers, and at least 1 year of telecalling experience, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or existing clients to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/software.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
