As a Sales Representative with our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving business growth for our building materials products, including Glass Work, Glazing Work, ACP Cladding. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with knowledge of building materials who can effectively communicate the value of our products to existing and potential clients.

Key Qualifications:

- Knowledge of building materials products, particularly Glass Work, Glazing Work, Cladding
- Moderate verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features and benefits.
- Excellent telephone etiquette to engage with clients and prospects.
- Proficient IT skills to manage sales databases and communication platforms.
- Proactive mindset with good decision-making skills and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities to identify market opportunities.
- Project management skills to coordinate sales initiatives effectively.
- Ability to write reports and prepare financial projections.
- Willingness to attend events, such as exhibitions and conferences, to represent the company.
- Capability to train and support business developers and sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business growth targets and forecast sales projections.
- Identify potential market opportunities through networking, meetings, and other channels.
- Cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Prepare financial projections and set sales targets for the team.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Generate reports for management to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions for business developers and sales colleagues to enhance their skills.
- Flexibly work either on-site with clients or in an office environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
