**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling**: Provide detailed information and guidance to potential students about various programs, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Admissions**: Drive the admission process by converting leads into enrolled students, ensuring enrollment targets are met.
- **Database Management**: Keep accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Gather and report on student feedback and market trends to aid in improving our services and strategies.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in an educational or training institution.
- **Skills**: Outstanding communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- **Qualifications**: A graduation degree from a recognized university.
- **Personality**: A proactive, energetic, and result-oriented individual with a passion for helping students.
