Cutting Incharge

**Supervision and Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead the cutting team, ensuring all staff members are adequately trained and motivated.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to cutting machine operators and workers.
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee the cutting operations, including fabric, metal, plastic, or other materials, ensuring the cutting process meets quality standards.
- Monitor the functioning of cutting machines and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
- Ensure that cutting processes align with the production schedule and meet customer requirements

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished cuts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine checks and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Resolve any cutting defects or issues quickly to avoid delays.

**Inventory and Materials Management**:

- Ensure proper handling and management of raw materials used for cutting.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, waste, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely material replenishment.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all cutting equipment is used in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct safety training for the cutting team, emphasizing the importance of PPE and machine safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements in processes, machinery, and technology to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Keep up with industry trends and advancements in cutting technologies.
