**BAAZI GAMES Platforms**:
As a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate, the applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day merchandising of all fantasy sports contests on the BalleBaazi platform and optimizing the processes of our Business & Product Operations teams. As a member of the Fantasy Sports Commercial Team, this role will provide the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, including product development and marketing.

**What you will do**:

- Create and refine Product Operations processes relating to the publication of fantasy contests and pricing of players in salary cap formats.
- Analyze and define contest prize paytable structures in order to maximize revenue and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing regarding on-site promotions and retention initiatives.
- Perform revenue optimization analyses to ensure contest inventory appropriately captures market demand.
- Provide stakeholder input on the development of product and backend features.
- Identify and achieve opportunities for cost synergies and savings.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of each department on a regular basis.

- 1-year experience in commercial/analytics/customer intelligence.
- Familiarity with SQL and other analytic tools (preferred but not required)
- Passionate about sports and/or Fantasy.
