**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations and communication with international clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for management and clients.
- Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
- Ensure all client feedback is properly addressed and incorporated into ongoing projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Project Coordinator, Client Servicing Executive, or similar profile.
- Proven experience in **handling international clients and projects**.
- **Fluent in English (both verbal and written)** — strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills..
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

**Salary**
- **INR 15,000 - 30,000 per month** (Negotiable based on experience and last drawn salary).
