the **Role Description**:

- Maintaining relationships with existing vendors and signing new vendors.
- Implementation of completed curation tasks by handing them to operations in a

systematic way by involving the training department.
- Scouting new experiences and checking the feasibility of operating them as a Soul

Travelling experiences or trails.
- Keeping track of negotiated deals, vendor details and Trail details in a systematic

Excel sheet.
- Negotiating deals with new and existing vendors to achieve desired costs and pricing.
- Managing events and festival backend by supporting Operations and Sales.
- Finding bottlenecks in an experience and solving them by Scouting for backup

vendors.
- Curating Custom Experiences for Sales and Social Media team on request.

**Qualification**:
Bachelors / Masters in Tourism or related field.

**Required Skills**:
1) Negotiation Skills.

2) People Skills.

3) Networking.

4) backend planning and event management.

5) basics of Excel, PowerPoint, and drafting.

6) needs to know driving/riding and have a vehicle of their own.

7) Costing Analysis and people management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
