We are currently seeking a ECAD-Promis.E to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

ECAD-Promis.E Support/Admin
Location-Chennai
Shift timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Rotational 2 shifts)
NP-0-30 days

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong experience working in ECAD Promis.e tool and experience handling Promis.e user support
- Job monitoring
- Interface maintenance: connectivity, modifications, data verifications post loading, address printing issues
- Work on reports and data extracts
- Work on incidents, enhancements and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
- Trained on VB/.NET framework, SQL Queries, Procedures / Functions, Powershell Scripts
- Trained on Mfg. Domain Good communication skills
