**Your Role**:

- **Provide daily operational support and maintenance for Palo Alto firewalls and related network security devices.**:

- **Configure, manage, and optimize firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security profiles to ensure robust protection.**:

- **Monitor firewall health, review rulebases, and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, VPN, and network security incidents, performing root cause analysis as needed.**

**Your Profiles**:

- **2 to 9 years of experience in network security engineering, with hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls.**:

- **Strong understanding of firewall concepts, network protocols, routing (BGP/OSPF), and VPN technologies.**:

- **Experience with Panorama, security incident response, and SIEM tools.**:

- **Proficient in documenting SOPs, updating knowledge bases, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.**
