**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Project Briefs**: Analyze and interpret project briefs from clients and internal teams to ensure that designs align with the client's needs and project goals.
- **Conceptualizing Ideas**: Lead brainstorming sessions and generate creative concepts that are in line with client goals and brand identity.
- **Design Execution**: Create a diverse range of design assets, including logos, graphics, banners, brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials that communicate the desired message effectively.
- **Presenting Design Options**: Present multiple design options to clients, providing a clear rationale for each concept to guide decision-making.
- **Iterative Design Process**: Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and perfect designs, ensuring that final outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, skill development, and teamwork.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize advanced design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and Sketch to develop visually stunning designs.
- **Stay Current with Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality of your work.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and diverse design work.
- **Software Expertise**: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and web design principles.
- **UI/UX Knowledge**: Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with WordPress website design is a plus.
- **Design Mastery**: Deep understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and branding.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**: Demonstrated ability to lead design teams while being a team player who works well with others to achieve common goals.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: A strong focus on detail and a passion for producing high-quality, visually impactful work.
