Collaborating with campaigns across the political spectrum and geographies, we engage in strategizing, executing plans, overseeing social media, and managing field operations.
- **Responsibilities**_:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for the Election Management Fellowship Program
- Collaborate with the program team to develop creative concepts and storyboards
- Should create short reels or videos & Long videos
- Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio, and graphics
- Ensure all video content is on-point and meets the program's standards
- Work with the teams to ensure timely delivery of video content
- Stay up-to-date with innovative political trends and best practices in video production
- **Requirements**_:

- Fluency in Telugu and English
- 2 to 5 years proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of political landscapes and current affairs.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred
