**Job Summary**

Kids Kingdom Preschool is looking to recruit young, experienced, and dynamic Admin Coordinator to join our well-established chain of preschools at Gurgaon.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Regular school checking and managing school resources
- Keeping a constant watch on sanitation, safety, hygiene. Upkeep and maintenance of devices (VC equipment, laptops, CCTV, Printer, RO, Music system)
- Vendors Management - Dealing with all vendors, procuring material required by centre, vendors and bills coordination.
- Man power
- Handling of support staff - Develop strong and effective working relationships with support staff. Ensuring discipline, punctuality, code of conduct, upkeep of centre by them.
- Receiving fees, depositing fees in bank, making withdrawals, Making vouchers for expenses, Making receipts, Proper record of petty cash
- Parent communication
- Dealing with parents on day-to-day basis, sharing all important information’s and addressing their issues and grievances at first level.
- Calling database to generate enquiries
- Admission Counselling

**Job specification**
- Experience - 2 years
- 10 years
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluent in Languages English and Hindi
