Incumbents are expected to come with 1 to 7 years of experience in transactional work such as drafting, vetting, and negotiating key transaction agreements, advising on initial public offering(IPO), qualified institutions placement(QIP), rights issue, SME IPO, buyback of shares and Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws, Listing Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations work.
