Principal- Physiotherapy

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of teaching and research experience post-Masters.
- Extensive publication record in peer-reviewed journals and successful research projects.
- Registered with the relevant physiotherapy council.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the department, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and goals.
- Deliver advanced and specialized lectures and practical sessions, setting high standards for academic excellence.
- Lead high-impact research projects, secure research funding, and publish findings in prestigious journals.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members, postgraduate, and doctoral students, fostering a supportive and collaborative academic environment.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance academic quality and research productivity.
- Represent the institution at national and international conferences, promoting the department's achievements and fostering collaborations.
- Engage in community service and outreach programs to promote the profession and contribute to public health.
- Participate in institutional governance and strategic planning, contributing to the overall development and success of the institution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the department.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
