**1. Patient Check-in and Check-out**:

- Greet patients as they arrive and assist with the check-in process.
- Verify and update patient information, including contact details
- Handle patient check-out, scheduling follow-up appointments, and processing payments.

**2. Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage the appointment schedule efficiently, coordinating with the dermatology team to ensure optimal use of time.
- Schedule new patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Provide information about services, appointment availability, and general inquiries.

**4. Financial Transactions**:

- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
- Work with patients on financial arrangements and payment plans when necessary.

**5. Records Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the skin practice management system.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations (HIPAA).

**6. Waiting Area Management**:

- Ensure a comfortable and welcoming waiting area for patients.
- Monitor patient flow and address any delays or issues.

**7. Filing and Organizing**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.

**9. Patient Education**:

- Provide patients with information about clinic policies, procedures, and any necessary pre-appointment instructions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
