**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on DTP software (InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.).
- Design and deliver course content, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
- Teach fundamentals of design, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Assist students in real-time projects and portfolio creation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with new trends and tools in graphic design and DTP.
- Maintain training records and progress reports.
- Ensure a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, DTP, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of print production and publishing formats.
- Basic understanding of multimedia and digital graphics.
- Ability to manage a class and address diverse learning styles.
