**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**: Oversee daily garment production activities and ensure timely execution of orders.
- **Job Work Coordination**: Manage job work efficiently by assigning tasks to workers and vendors, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and supervise the production team, including tailors, cutters, and other factory staff.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production quality and ensure all garments meet the required standards before dispatch.
- **Workforce Management**: Train, motivate, and manage workers to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- **Inventory & Material Handling**: Ensure all raw materials, fabrics, and trims are available in required quantities to avoid production delays.
- **Process Improvement**: Implement best practices to optimize production efficiency and minimize wastage.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all production processes comply with safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment production supervision, preferably in a kids' wear manufacturing unit.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of garment construction, production techniques, and quality standards.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick decision-making skills to handle production challenges.
- **Communication**: Good coordination skills to interact with job workers, vendors, and management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in handling **job work and outsourcing** in garment manufacturing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, stitching techniques, and finishing processes.
