**Job Description : What you’ll do**

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring & Motivating Telecallers and Sales Executives
- Market Research & Analysis
- Create a new channel partner and execute a Sales Plan
- Answering/Calling phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Fresher - Only Female
- Fast Learner & Passion For Sales
- Self - motivated with a results - driven approach
- Excellent Communication Skills Graduation Required.
