**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting pets like dogs, cats, and small animals, ensuring their preferences and lifestyles are matched.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized advice and excellent post-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or a related role.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Customer Orientation**: Proven ability to build rapport and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- **Passion for Pets**: A strong affinity for animals, especially dogs, cats, and small pets.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week with rotational offs.
- **Shift Timing**: Rotational shift.
