**Job Title**: Preschool Teacher

**Job Summary**:
A preschool teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social development. This role requires a combination of educational expertise, creativity, and patience to effectively teach and care for preschool-aged children.

**Responsibilities**:
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**1. Curriculum Development**:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities.

Design a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

**2.Classroom Management**:
Establish and maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.

Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among children.

**3.Instruction and Facilitation**:
Provide engaging and interactive instruction using a variety of teaching methods.

Foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities.

Support the development of basic skills, including language, math, and motor skills.

**4. Individualized Attention**:
Recognize and address the individual needs of each child in the classroom.

Provide additional support for children with learning challenges.

**5.Parental Communication**:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.

Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and other events.

**6.Safety and Well-being**:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

Follow proper procedures for emergency situations.

**7.Documentation and Record-keeping**:
Keep accurate records of children's progress and behavior.

Prepare and distribute progress reports and assessments.

**8.Professional Development**:
Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and parents.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
