Urgent Hiring Receptionist cum Administrator for a Company into Travel Domain for South Delhi.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Additionally, you will undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:
Handle general clerical tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

Communication:
Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and external partners promptly and professionally.
Distribute internal communications and announcements.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Update and manage databases as required.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive and positive attitude.
