Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to branch staff, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- **Financial Administration**: Manage branch financial records, including processing transactions, maintaining budgets, and preparing reports.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with branch staff to support training, development, and performance management activities.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, operations, and other relevant metrics to management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably within a branch or retail environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
