Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our immigration services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about immigration procedures and services.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for consultations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interaction.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
Keep updated with the latest information on immigration laws and policies.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and Bengali.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
