**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
2. Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and vendor management
3. Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms, pricing, and quality
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities meet business needs
6. Implement and maintain a supplier evaluation and performance management system
7. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through strategic sourcing and supplier diversification
8. Oversee the procurement team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities
10. Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement processes in the procurement function
11. Manage procurement budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
12. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
3. Proven track record of successfully implementing procurement strategies and achieving cost savings
4. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
7. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in procurement
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
9. Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams
10. Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) is a plus
