Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
⚫ Reception Duties
- Warmly greet and direct visitors, answering inquiries in a professional and friendly
- manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, and assist with
- customer inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a presentable and organized reception area.
⚫ Administrative Duties
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and
- placing orders.
- Support the administrative staff by distributing correspondence and redirecting
- phone calls.
- Keep records of visitor logs and staff movements.
- Job posting and scheduling interviews
⚫ Facilities Management
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to the concerned department.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common office areas.
⚫ Ad-hoc Duties
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and events.
- Support other teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Any other tasks that may be required from time to time for the efficient
- functioning of the office.
⚫ Key Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g.,scanner, printer, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a pleasant personality.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
⚫ Language proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
