We are looking for a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge infrastructure solutions, while also serving as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams. Your comprehensive knowledge of various technologies, including Storage, Unix, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, and Cloud platforms, will be instrumental in delivering top-notch services and exceeding customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Infrastructure Solution Design**: Develop and design innovative infrastructure solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices, covering areas such as Storage, Unix, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, and Cloud platforms.

**Customer Interaction**:Effectively communicate with customers to understand their specific needs, present service offerings, and guide them through the selection of suitable packages to meet their objectives.

**Requirement Analysis**: Analyze customer requirements and collaborate closely with the sales and implementation teams to translate those needs into comprehensive infrastructure plans.

**Technical Expertise**: Serve as the go-to person for the implementation and development teams, providing expert guidance and support for any infrastructure-related queries or challenges.

**Collaboration and Coordination**: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions and timely project delivery, while resolving any potential roadblocks.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all infrastructure designs and solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies, maintaining the highest level of quality.

Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to enhance infrastructure services and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**: A minimum of [5] years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect, with a strong track record of designing and implementing infrastructure solutions in complex environments.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Storage technologies, Unix, Linux, Windows, Virtualization, and Cloud platforms, along with a solid understanding of networking and security concepts.

Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers to understand their needs and articulate solutions.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex infrastructure challenges and provide practical solutions.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
