**Telesales Representative**: As a telesales representative, your primary responsibility is to proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls with the aim of promoting and selling products or services. You'll need excellent communication skills to effectively pitch products, address customer concerns, and close sales. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up with leads are crucial aspects of the role. Success in this position requires resilience, persuasion, and a customer-centric approach. **WhatsApp Marketing Specialist**: As a WhatsApp marketing specialist, your role revolves around leveraging the WhatsApp platform to engage with potential and existing customers. This includes crafting compelling marketing messages, managing customer inquiries, and nurturing leads through the WhatsApp messaging service. You'll need a deep understanding of WhatsApp's features and limitations, as well as creative strategies to capture and retain audience attention. Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly is also important.
