**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **highly skilled and creative Full-Time Video Editor & Designer** with **5+ years of professional experience** to join our in-house team. This is an **on-site role** that requires hands-on collaboration to produce dynamic video content and design projects that elevate our brand across multiple platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity through **high-quality videos, engaging social media content, and impactful marketing materials**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and design videos for **YouTube**, **Instagram Reels**, **TikTok**, and **Facebook Ads**:

- Create **UGC/DTC/Direct Response videos** that align with brand goals
- Produce **Talking Head Videos**, **VSLs (Video Sales Letters)**, **podcast videos**, and **AI-generated content**:

- Develop **logo intros**, **animated text videos**, and **motion graphics**:

- Design eye-catching **YouTube thumbnails** and social media graphics
- Edit **short-form content** (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to strategize and execute content plans
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in video production, social media, and design

**Required Qualifications**:
5+ years of professional video editing & design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of video styles and formats
Proven ability to create engaging videos that drive views and engagement
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative in-person environment

- **Explainer Videos & Motion Graphics**:

- **Animated Logos & Intros**
