**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing NBFC with a mobile app-based personal loan lending platform. As part of our expanding product suite, we have launched Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF)—a product designed to provide loans to customers who own mutual funds.
To drive the success of this new product, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for educating, convincing, and converting customers for LAMF.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Engage with customers who were not eligible for personal loans but qualify for LAMF, explain the product benefits, and convert them into borrowers.
- **Customer Education**: Clearly articulate how LAMF works, the advantages over liquidating mutual funds, and address any customer concerns.
- **Sales & Conversion**:Persuade potential customers to avail the loan by building trust and handling objections effectively.
- **Follow-ups & Closures**: Regularly follow up with interested customers, provide necessary documentation support, and ensure smooth loan processing.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Proven Experience**:3-4 years of hardcore telesales experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or fintech.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
- **Sales Acumen**: A go-getter attitude with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- **Resilience & Adaptability**: Ability to handle rejections and persistently follow up with potential customers.
- **Basic Financial Knowledge**: Understanding of loans and mutual funds will be an added advantage.
