As a Blockchain Architect, you will be responsible for leading the Blockchain Center of Excellence, and help in designing and building Blockchain based Industry solutions.
- You will be responsible to work on new innovations and create standards and frameworks based on blockchain architecture frameworks.
- Interact with the client to understand their business objective, budget and other requirements.
- Define solutions based on client requirements and needs with expertise in broad spectrum of areas and tools.
- Act as technical expert on Blockchain solutions, analyzing customer needs, creating technical designs and other necessary documentation.
- Should be involved in RnD of complex topics around specific blockchain networks including consensus algorithms, economic models, Layer 2, ETH 2.0, cross-chain swaps, and node/network topology.
- Must demonstrate exceptional coding skills and develop frameworks and complex modules with proof-of-concepts.
- Engage in retaining workforce by serving as a mentor and role model with a passion to build a thriving community of technologists.
- Continually analyze developments within the industry and participate in pre-sales and proposal development.
- Willing to travel for client opportunities and flexible in type, duration, and nature of client deliver roles.
- End to end delivery of projects.
**Primary Skills**:
- 11-18 years of total experience in designing, development and team management.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in building Web 3.0 Blockchain solutions.
- Expertise on Ethereum, Hyperledger, Quorum, Corda.
- Expert in front-end and back-end web development using JavaScript, C# or Java.
- Proficient in cryptography security.
- Build services and infrastructure that help automate the deployment of Web 3.0 infrastructure.
**Secondary Skills**:
- Substantial experience in Azure or AWS Cloud.
- Having a blockchain architect certification would be added benefit.
