1 Should have around 5 Year experience in SAP CRM ISU landscape Implementation and support projects
2 Knowledge of Utility Business Processes and basic ISU functionalities
3 Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non SAP systems
4 Comprehensive knowledge of SAP CRM ISU Data Model
5 Knowledge of Contract management Move in Move out disconnection reconnection processes
6 Good working knowledge of Sales Campaigns Marketing Products in CRM 7 0
7 Experience of IC web configuration Navigation Bar Profile creation Business Roles creation Number range configuration etc
8 Knowledge of Middleware configuration replication MDT Product configuration etc
9 Understanding of middleware integration with other ISU modules ex FICA Billing IDEX etc
10 Debugging skill and troubleshooting approach for investigating the issues
11 Should have knowledge of CRM and ISU major tables and should be able to prepare Functional specifications Business Process document etc
12 Should have Good communication skills and experience of different type of client interaction ex Requirement gathering process designing etc
13 Should be able to handle issues independently and providing solutions over raised issues as per client expectations and timelines
14 Should having inter team skills and be able to lead the team with coordination and support
