**Graphic Designer & Video Editor at ERPROOTS**

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. You will create graphics and layouts, edit and produce videos, collaborate with the marketing team, manage projects, and stay up to date with industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites, marketing materials, and social media content.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and training videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance design and video projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design and video work.
- Conceptualize visuals and video content based on project requirements. - Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create graphics and layouts.
- Trim, splice, and rearrange footage to create visually compelling video content.
- Add and synchronize audio, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the videos.
- Test graphics and videos across various media to ensure compatibility and quality.
- Manage and organize design files, video footage, and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs and edited videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing work.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through creative designs and edited videos.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain design files, video footage, and assets.
