**Assembly of Mechanical Components**:

- Fit, assemble, and install mechanical components like gears, pumps, motors, shafts, and hydraulic systems based on technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure the mechanical components are properly aligned and securely fitted.
- **Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings**:

- Understand engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals to assemble machinery according to design specifications.
- Ensure that all parts and components are installed correctly based on design requirements.
- **Use of Hand and Power Tools**:

- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, such as wrenches, drills, hammers, grinders, and cutting tools, to assemble parts.
- Work with precision to ensure that parts are accurately and securely assembled.
- **Measurement and Calibration**:

- Use measuring instruments (like micrometers, calipers, and gauges) to ensure the parts fit together to the correct specifications.
- Perform adjustments and calibrations to ensure machinery operates within design tolerances.
- **Testing and Quality Control**:

- Conduct functional testing of assembled machinery to ensure that it operates smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues or faults that arise during the testing phase.
- Perform regular inspections for quality control to ensure that the assembly meets all safety and performance standards.
- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install machines and systems on-site for clients or in manufacturing facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure long-term reliability and optimal performance.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:

- Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical systems and equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble parts when necessary to replace or repair malfunctioning components.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with engineers, designers, and other fitters to resolve design or assembly issues.
- Communicate effectively to ensure that all parts are available and that assembly schedules are met.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow strict safety guidelines and regulations when assembling, maintaining, and testing machinery.
- Ensure all tools, machinery, and work environments are safe for use.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Document assembly processes, tests, and maintenance work performed.
- Keep accurate logs for inventory, work completed, and inspections.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
Pay: ₹8,622.60 - ₹30,218.15 per month
