Job Title: Tool Maker

Location: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

2. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create tooling components.

3. Operate manual and CNC machines to produce tooling parts.

4. Conduct measurements and inspections using precision instruments.

5. Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop efficient tooling solutions.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing tooling.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tool room.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

9. Document work activities, including tooling maintenance and repairs.

10. Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making from NTTF/GTTC or CIPET.

2. Proven experience as a tool maker in a manufacturing environment.

3. Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machining equipment.

4. Strong knowledge of tooling materials, machining processes, and heat treatment.

5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

6. Precision measurement skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

7. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

8. Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.

9. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

10. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
