**Responsibilities**
- Enter and update data in the computer system and maintain a log of all necessary details.
- Ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Monitor and analyze the e-commerce business's P&L performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.
- Verify Party name, Product, Amount, Freight, billing and shipping address, etc from last bills.
- Arranges shipments(Export also) by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding mail and call, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Ensure shipment will reach on time if not inform the client.
- Assign Packing work to the delegated team on daily basis with deadlines and after checking the last packaging or as per client need.
- Check each and every shipment after packaging to ensure the client's needs are according to the checklist.
- Forward all details required for bill creation to accounts and verify the final bill.
- Printing of address, Envelops.
- Generate E Waybill if required.
- Tracking shipment which has been dispatched.
- Check all the bills received from the transporter and courier person.
- Assist in Purchase/Import as required
- Deal with Logistics for Frieght for Air and Sea.
- Maintain Physical file of PO, PI, Tax Invoice, Builty, docket, LR, etc.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.

**Requirement**
- Must have good excel, Tally, Busy, Ebay knowledge.
- Must have experience with D2C brand.
- Must have exposure to execute the delivery on time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
