JOB OVERVIEW:
This Job entails a skilled Freelance SDET proficient in Java, JavaScript, Playwright Cucumber, and TypeScript to create, nurture, and manage automated test frameworks. Collaborate with teams to ensure software quality, mentor junior members, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. CREATE:

- Develop robust automated test frameworks using Java, JavaScript, Playwright, Cucumber, and TypeScript.
- Translate product requirements into comprehensive test plans, fostering quality and efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline release processes

NURTURE:

- Mentor junior team members in test automation best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and drive continuous learning within the team.

MANAGE:

- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities.
- Monitor test execution and proactively address issues for high-quality releases.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support efficient troubleshooting.
