Should be excellent with Excel and Tally
- coordinating with internal and external sales agent to get the complete data of the debtors.
- follow up for payments from customers, internal and external sales agents.
- send reminders to customers as the due date approaches.
- follow up of overdue or late payments to be done over calls and even by going to their offices to understand the delay and convince them to make payment at the earliest.
- While enforcing payment collection is essential, maintaining a good customer relationship is equally important.
- strive to balance professionalism with flexibility and understanding
- Interviewing clients telepathically to establish their ability to pay debt.
- Overcoming stall tactics and objections, and suggesting sources of money for debt payments.
- Using various skip tracing methods to locate clients.
- Negotiating settlements by arranging clients’ payments over longer time span.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
