**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, analyze, and organize data from various sources to provide meaningful business insights.
- Maintain and update MIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and ensure the timely availability of required reports for internal teams and management.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on business performance, including sales, finance, operations, and customer data.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by senior management and departments.
- **System Maintenance & Support**:

- Assist in the management, maintenance, and improvement of the organization’s MIS tools and systems.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Ensure proper backup and security protocols for all MIS data and information.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the MIS and reporting systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Suggest ways to streamline reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data collection methods.
- **Coordination & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the development and deployment of MIS training for staff to enhance their understanding and usage of systems and reports.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all reporting and data management practices comply with internal and external regulations and standards.
- Monitor the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the MIS systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
