**Your Role**:
As a Finance Analyst / Controller, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Business Services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and consolidate periodic Forecast and Actuals for Business Services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial data.
- Drive Finance Controlling for budget and cost across assigned portfolios.
- Allocate BSv costs to various centers based on business models.
- Support BSv budgeting including bottoms-up budget, scenario simulation, and consolidation of sub-budgets and cost centers.
- Analyse financial and non-financial KPIs for BSv business segments for management reviews.
- Create presentations and reports for management reviews

**In this role you will play a key role in**:

- Driving financial transparency and control across BSv operations.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Enhancing budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
- Facilitating cost optimization and resource allocation.
- Enabling effective communication of financial performance to leadership.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and committed to delivering on challenging tasks.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and KPI analysis is preferred.
