Job Title: Production Officer

A **Production Officer** in a pharmaceutical company is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining production efficiency. Here’s an overview of the role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities.
- Ensure that all processes adhere to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.
- Monitor batch production records and maintain proper documentation.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with **FDA, WHO, GMP, and ISO** regulations.
- Perform in-process quality checks.
- Address deviations, change controls, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- **Process Improvement & Efficiency**:

- Optimize production workflow for better efficiency.
- Reduce waste and minimize production downtime.
- Implement new technologies or processes for improved output.
- **Team Management**:

- Train and supervise production staff.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**:

- Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with the **warehouse, QA, and R&D departments**.

Qualification: M.sc or B.pharma

Experience:1 to2years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
