As a **Junior Oracle DBA / PeopleSoft Administrator**, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure systems runfast, secure, and smooth.
You’ll work with senior experts, manage real environments, and build the foundation for an incredible career in database and system administration.

** What You’ll Actually Do**
- Assist in installation, configuration, and patching of **Oracle Databases / PeopleSoft environments**
- Monitor system performance and help tune databases for speed and reliability
- Manage user access, roles, and database security
- Work on **backups, restores, and data recovery plans**
- Create and maintain documentation — setup guides, logs, and reports
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues
- Stay updated on Oracle and PeopleSoft technology updates and tools

**Who You Are**
- A recent B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduate with strong academic performance
- 3-6 months of IT experience or internship exposure in database/system administration
- Good understanding of SQL, RDBMS concepts
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Logical thinker and quick problem-solver
- Eager to learn Oracle DBA / PeopleSoft Administration
- Team player with a proactive attitude Ready to work on global projects and travel if needed
