We are hiring for a Club House in Mumbai Location - Events Coordinator

**Role Description**
- Understand the members requirements and curate events accordingly
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Research vendors (decor, musicians & other suitable talent etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Manage all event operations (talent/agency coordination, coordination with other teams, paperwork etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as event coordinator for at least 2 years in an event agency
- A proven track record of organizing successful events
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Degree in event/hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
