**About the Role**

**Core Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Campaign Design & Execution**

Design, launch, and continuously refine high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). Perform detailed keyword research to align campaigns with product positioning and target audiences. Oversee Google Merchant Center feed setup for e-commerce initiatives.
- **Tracking, Integrations & Tech Optimizations**

Implement and maintain tracking systems via Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion events. Troubleshoot Ads API integration and data flow for accurate attribution. Explore and integrate emerging ad-tech tools and automation techniques to enhance performance efficiency.
- **Ongoing Optimization & Scaling**

Monitor campaign performance daily, improving ROAS and lowering CPA. Conduct iterative A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages. Leverage real-time insights to identify scalable opportunities.
- **Analytics & Reporting**

Build performance dashboards using GA4, Google Analytics, and platform-level insights. Deliver concise, actionable reporting and optimization plans to stakeholders for continuous campaign improvement.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience executing high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven results in ROAS enhancement.
- Proficiency in **Google Tag Manager, pixel and event implementation**, and **Ads API setup and troubleshooting**.
- Expertise in search and display campaign types, effective keyword research, performance measurement (CPA, ROAS, CTR), and budget control.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate campaign data into optimization strategies and actionable insights.
- Familiarity with e-commerce advertising workflows including GMC management, tracking tools, and automation of scaling mechanisms.
