Linguistic Specialist - Bengali (CHOLA Process)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation in the Bengali language.
- Build rapport and engage effectively with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize call scripts and strategies for better outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: HSC (12th pass).
- Proficiency in Bengali (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of English for communication and reporting.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

**Experience**:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in outbound calling or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Details:

- Work Shift: General day shift with rotational off
- Salary: 14000-₹16,000 (Net Pay)
