1. Customer Interaction:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to determine necessary services.
- Explain vehicle issues and recommended services in clear, non-technical terms.

2. Service Coordination:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labor, parts, and additional services.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and obtain updates.

3. Sales and Upselling:

- Recommend additional services or products based on vehicle inspections or manufacturer guidelines.
- Explain the benefits of suggested services to customers and secure approvals.

4. Documentation and Records:

- Create detailed service orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure all warranty and insurance claims are processed correctly.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
