- Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Website Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve website design, navigation, and user experience to increase session duration and drive conversions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with marketing, design, and development teams to align analytics strategies with business objectives and translate data into strategic plans.
- Web Analytics Tools:
Manage and utilize web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems to implement tracking and ensure data accuracy.
- Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring server stability and smooth operation to maintain a positive user experience.
- Strategic Input:
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and enhance overall digital marketing efforts and business intelligence programs.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Analytical & Technical Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills are essential.
- Web Analytics Platforms:
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is required.
- Data Visualization:
Ability to consolidate large datasets into clear, digestible reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
- Knowledge of Web Fundamentals:
Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is beneficial for collaborating with developers.
- Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimal solutions for website and analytics challenges.

Pay: ₹9,016.94 - ₹32,281.98 per month
